Web-based Customer Portal

The web-based customer portal is an application that can be used by a facilities client to view/approve or request services. The portal features are:

  • Pending Quotes
    • Allows the customer to view and approve or decline quotes.
  • Work Requests
    • Allows the customer to submit work requests on their aircraft or part
  • Parts Request
    • Allows the customer to submit requests for inventory for Sales Orders
  • Line Service Request
    • Allows the customer request line service on an aircraft
  • Pending Quotes
    • Allows the customer to view and approve or decline quotes.
  • Work Order In Process
    • Allows the customer to view and track the progress of all of their work orders in the facilities system.
  • Work Order History
    • Allows the customer to view all past work orders.
  • Aircraft History
    • Allows the customer to view all past work orders on a specific aircraft
