Contacts

Air Maintenance© contacts screen allows the user to enter information on both customers and vendors.

  • Contact Information
    • This section allows the user to enter the contacts information and mark whether they are a customer, vendor, repair station, on shipping hold
  • Contact Address
    • Allows the user to enter multiple addresses per contact and multiple contact per address.
  • Certifications
    • Allows the user to enter all the available certifications for the selected contact
  • RTS Statements
    • Allows the user to enter multiple return to service statements for the selected customer, these with the ones from the system setup screen appear in the dropdown for both the final statement for the logbook entry and the block 12 statement.
  • Files Saved With Contact
    • Allows the user to save files with the contact
  • Services Allowed to Provide
    • This section links the vendor with the services they may provide and with part they are allowed to provide it too.
  • Flat Rate Pricing
    • Allows the user to add flat rate pricing to specific discrepancies in a discrepancy template.

Quoting

Air Maintenance© quote allows the user to create quotes on parts or aircraft, these quotes will also contain the discrepancies, inventory, services, panels and misc. charges

  • Quote Information
    • Quotes can be created in multiple ways:
      • From Aircraft Screen
        • From the aircraft screen the user can select the aircraft and then click the create quote button to create a new quote for the selected aircraft
      • From Work Order
        • From the quote screen the user can select an existing work order, once selected the software will ask if the user wants to create a quote from that work order.
        • Air Maintenance© will then import all discrepancies, inventory, misc. charges for that work order
      • From CSV File
        • Air Maintenance© has the ability to import a csv file (comma delimited file) and create a quote
          • This will most commonly be used when exporting and Excel© file from CMP or CAMP
  • Work Scope
    • This allows the user to view, modify, or add discrepancies, inventory, time, or services to the work scope
  • Times and Cycles
    • This allows the user to enter in times and cycles for the aircraft or component.
  • Price History
    • This report shows all pricing history of the select PN or Aircraft
  • Inventory Cost History
    • This report shows all inventory cost history of the select PN or Aircraft
  • Labor Cost History
    • This report shows all Labor cost history of the select PN or Aircraft
  • Warranty History
    • This report shows all Warranty history of the select PN or Aircraft

Pricing Schema

Air Maintenance© allows the user to create pricing schemas for customers, this is setup to allow entry of inventory markup and hourly rate based on department. Once a pricing schema has been created the user can then assign the price schema to and customer in the system.

Sales Order

The sales order in Air Maintenance© is it's on entity, sales orders can be created and then inventory requested for them. The same as the work order stock will have to be assigned by the stock room, or purchase orders will have to be created and then assigned.

  • Sales Order Quote
    • The sales order quote allows a user to create a quote for the sales order and once approved the user can then convert that sales order quote to a sales order
  • Customer Info
    • Allows user to enter all customer information.
  • Requested Parts
    • Air Maintenance© has a customer portal that allows customers, via the web interface, to request parts from a facility. Those parts are listed in the Requested Parts report and then can be added to the selected sales order.
    • This system also allows the customer to track the progress of that sales order via the customer portal
  • Parts Added to SO
    • A report that shows all parts that have been assigned to the sales order by the stock room.
  • Sales Order Files
    • This allows the user to save/scan files to the sales order.
    • As parts are assigned by the stock room the certifications for those parts will also be copied to these folders.
