| Contacts | Allows the user to add contacts, contact addresses, certifications, RTS statements, flat rate pricing, work order history and save files with the contact. |

| Price Schema | Allows the user to add pricing schemas to the system that can then be assigned to contacts |
| Quote | Allows user to create quotes, enter maintenance work scope, view base price listings, work request, service requests and add files to quotes. |
| Sales Order | Allows user to create sales orders, sales order quotes, view requested parts, add parts to sales order and add files to sales order. |
