The accounting section of Air Maintenance© allows you to enter accounts and associate those accounts with the default settings of the software. We also integrate with QuickBooks© and Microsoft's Great Plains© accounting systems.
The dashboard designer allows you to create your own dashboards or modify the default dashboards that come with the software
This allows you to add and modify employees within the system.
This allows you to create/modify and receive payments for invoices
This allows you to create/modify forms and reports in the software. Unlike most other systems, Air Maintenance© allows you to create the forms and reports and it doesn't require a degree in computer science to make it happen.
This section allows you to setup what your employees are allowed to access/edit or delete.
This screen allows you to create diagrams and flow charts, similar to Microsoft Visio©
